GVS acquires Kuss Filtration

July 20, 2017 / -GVS SpA, a leading microfiltration company, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to buy Kuss Filtration Inc. ("Kuss") from Industrial Opportunity Partners ("IOP "), A private equity company focused on operations.  

Combining their respective technical experiences, global sales and distribution networks, GVS and Kuss will work together to maximize penetration in the automotive and microfiltration markets. "GVS has great expectations for this new investment," said Massimo Scagliarini , CEO of GVS. "Kuss Filtration brings us extensive experience in the fuel filtration market." Once the acquisition materializes, GVS will operate from 26 centers in 22 countries around the globe. The company will have more than 2,300 employees and will serve the Health Care, Automotive, Biological Sciences, Personal Protection, HVAC and appliances industries, outdoor electrical equipment and powersport markets and commercial for road or all ground.
