Phoenix Tower International acquires 215 telecom tower sites from Digicel

Phoenix Tower International ("PTI"), through its subsidiary Phoenix Tower FWI, SAS, announces that it has completed its transaction with Digicel French West Indies Guyana ("Digicel") for acquire the property and management rights related to 215 telecommunications tower sites from Digicel. This latest transaction consolidates PTI's position as the leading pylon company in the Caribbean. The terms of the transaction remain confidential between the parties.
